When I do an express delivery, I have to drop everything, sometimes put other gigs on hold or even my life on hold to complete it as quickly as possible. So this is the main reason for the express price being so high. When I have 48 hours this gives me a lot more time to prepare.

I can include subtitles, but they can be very time consuming, so I can only include them if they are sent to me as follows: (1) In a word doc (2) With a time-in/time-out for each subtitle (based on the finished video) so I don't have to be guessing.

Unfortunately my studio is not big enough so I can only film above the shoulders or waist.

Unfortunately, this is not always possible depending on the length of the script and time constraints in regards to memorizing. However the cuts will often add to the movement of the video, keeping people more engaged.

First of all, I don't film testimonials as I don't find this ethical. Second of all, the FTC law states that sellers cannot pose as customers or business owners, only speak on behalf of a company. Scripts not worded for FTC law will be modified without approval due to time.

Yes, this could happen without prior approval due to time constraints. If the grammar is incorrect, a sentence does not make sense or is written as a testimonial, it might be lightly edited to make the video more professional. In most cases I will contact you first.
