After a month and a half of revisions, I finally accepted the order, as I was tired of the back and forth. He kept delivering the same subpar work and not following instructions. He'd also deliver untouched revisions for the sake of 'stoping the clock' and asking me to accept the delivery although the delivery was incomplete.
