- Directly survey and measure complex drive assemblies such as gears, worm gears, and worn or damaged worm wheels (without drawings and specifications). - Perform reverse calculations to accurately restore module parameters, number of teeth, helix angle, and create complete gear manufacturing drawings for restoration. -Master the modeling and processing of complex, freeform 3D mechanical products with various surface profiles, creating any solid shape based on input points, curves, lines, surfaces, planes, etc. -Designing complete inspection and welding jigs for motorcycle frames (Mainpipe, Pipe Sub, etc.) for a range of major Honda models: KWZF, K12, K56, K01, K27, K29, K44, K66, KVGM, KVGS, KWN, KWW, KWY, KZL, KZVR... -Leading the design of a fuel tank pressure leak testing system, specialized fuel tank washing machine, fuel tank profile flattening machine, and automatic conveyor system. . -Designing 3D molds for motorcycle fuel tanks. Applying deep drawing deformation simulation technology to optimize stamping force parameters and the most suitable rib profile before actual manufacturing. -Processing point cloud data from 3D scanners using Geomagic, correcting wear surface profiles in NX software, and reconstructing rib models using Inventor to manufacture new high-end cutting blades (Models KFL, KFV) to replace worn components after 20-25 years of use. -Designing a variety of machines: Cotter presses, wheel locking mechanisms, cotter bore inspection systems and check units, crankshaft removal machines, automatic bearing loading units for presses, fish-filling machines, piston washing machines, ultra-fine piston bore inspection machines (D=0.5-1mm), automatic oil skimming machines, etc. -Designing a mold release agent supply and recovery system -Designing a waste treatment system -Designing, manufacturing, commissioning cast iron casting, and assembling a complete fuel tank stamping mold as
