Will the security features slow down my website?
No. Your website's load time won't be negatively impacted by the security upgrade.
What does the WordPress Maintenance (Gig Extra/Add-on) include?
On a regular basis (every 3-4 days), I will run updates on necessary WordPress plugins and WordPress itself. An up to date WordPress website is a harder target for hackers to attack. Also included: a routine offsite backup of the site, 24/7 uptime monitoring, and security scans.
Does the WordPress Maintenance plan include making updates to my website?
It does not. It's purely for keeping your website software and security up to date. Customers who have active maintenance plans with me do get priority scheduling for content updates and other small jobs.
Can you clear Google's malware/hack warning?
Yes, I can help with this. In order to do this, I will need to be added to your Google Search Console account, or given access to the account. It can take a few days to have the warning clear from the time that I put in the request.
What details you need to start work?
To get started I need wp-admin logins and Hosting Control Panel logins details.
