CEO and Co-founder of Innovate Solution, where I lead the commercial side of the business — everything touching customers, partners and operations — across our three offices in Singapore, Ras Al Khaimah and Dhaka. My focus is the wholesale side of travel technology. That means managing both sides of the marketplace: securing airline, hotel, transfer and ancillary supply, and building distribution through OTAs, consolidators, tour operators, TMCs and independent agencies. Balancing the two — enough supply to stay competitive, enough demand to matter to suppliers — is the core problem I work on every day. That commercial perspective shapes what we build. Every product decision starts from a real problem operators are facing, which is how we grew from a single booking engine into an eleven-product suite covering booking, distribution, agent profitability, Umrah operations, messaging, accounting and revenue intelligence. Today, the platform serves 6,200+ travel businesses across 40+ countries, with particularly strong reach across South Asia, the Middle East and wider APAC.
