Do I need to pay monthly subscriptions for the software?
No. You pay once and own the platform. No per-seat fees, no monthly charges for the CRM or AI. The only ongoing costs are your server hosting and WhatsApp API usage, which you pay directly to the provider.
Which platforms are compatible with the AI Chat?
WhatsApp, email, SMS, web chat, Telegram, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger. The base package includes WhatsApp. Additional channels are available as extras or in the Standard and Premium packages.
Can the AI book appointments directly in my calendar?
Yes. The AI books directly into your calendar system, sends confirmations, and handles rescheduling. It checks availability in real time so there are no double bookings or manual back and forth.
What do I need to get started?
A server or VPS. If you do not have one I help you choose and set up the right option for your business size. After that I need your WhatsApp Business API access and any data you want migrated.
Do I need technical staff to run this?
No. The system is built for business teams, not developers. Your staff uses a clean dashboard to manage conversations and contacts. I provide full documentation and walkthrough after deployment.
Can I migrate from my current CRM?
Yes. I migrate your contacts, conversation history, and records from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, spreadsheets, or any system that allows data export. Migration is available as an add-on to any package.
