Is it safe to give you remote access to my computer?
Absolutely. I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer — industry-standard tools used by IT professionals worldwide. You can see everything I do in real time and disconnect instantly at any time. I never access anything outside of what's needed to fix your issue.
What if you can't fix my problem?
If I take a look and determine the issue is beyond the scope of the gig or simply can't be resolved remotely, I'll let you know honestly and we'll work out a fair resolution. I won't bill you for a problem I couldn't solve.
What do I need on my end to get started?
Just a computer and an internet connection. I'll walk you through downloading the remote access tool — it takes about 2 minutes and requires no technical knowledge on your part.
What if my issue comes back after the fix?
Standard and Premium packages include revisions, so if the same problem resurfaces shortly after our session I'll jump back in and sort it out. Just message me and we'll get it handled.
Will you be able to see my personal files, passwords, or private data?
No. I'm there to fix a specific technical problem, not to browse your system. I won't open personal folders, documents, or browsers, and I have no way to copy or extract files during the session. Please close any sensitive applications or files before we connect.
