At Daat360, I'm responsible for building and maintaining a varied set of automated systems for different businesses that have hired us to help them grow their companies. I have designed workflows that connect a CRM, a marketing database, and a messaging inbox (WhatsApp via Chatwoot), orchestrating an AI agent that conducts qualification conversations and extracts structured data automatically. I work directly translating business rules into functioning systems — from lead intake through Meta Ads and WhatsApp, to CRM synchronization, to routing qualified leads toward the sales team — so the process runs with minimal manual intervention. My focus is on building reliable integrations between systems that don't natively talk to each other: resolving data ownership conflicts, preventing sync loops, and making sure each platform reflects accurate, up-to-date information as leads move through the pipeline.
