Mashhood completed a detailed QA test of my SaaS application and provided a well-organized bug report with 27 findings, reproduction steps, severity levels, screenshots, and video evidence. Communication was good and the report gave me a clear list of areas to review and improve. Thank you!

Thorough QA pass with a detailed, well-organized bug report (clear repro steps, severity, expected vs actual results) that led to real fixes in our app. Communication slowed down a bit around the delivery extension and follow-up questions, but the actual testing work was solid. Would consider working together again.
