IT support and internal web developer at a Japanese-owned metal stamping manufacturer (automotive and office automation parts) with plants in Cikarang and Karawang. DAY TO DAY - Support users in production and administration departments: hardware, software, printers, network and email issues - Maintain IT assets, documentation and reports so daily production and office work keeps running - Solve problems on the spot for users across two plant locations WEB DEVELOPMENT - Designed and built an internal document processing web app with SvelteKit, Node.js queue workers, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker. Staff upload production documents and the app converts, merges and prepares them for printing, while a dashboard tracks every job, its status and who uploaded it.
