I led the full website redesign and marketing automation setup for Filiston Realty using Lofty CRM, delivering the complete project within 10 days for $375. The goal was to create a high-converting real estate website while implementing a streamlined lead capture and follow-up system. One major challenge was that the previous website lacked clear branding, strong calls-to-action, and an organized lead flow. Additionally, there was no automated follow-up process, which resulted in missed opportunities and delayed responses to inquiries. The client also needed proper IDX integration and a structured pipeline to manage prospects efficiently. To solve this, I redesigned the Lofty CRM website with improved layout structure, compelling copy, optimized landing pages, and strategic CTA placements. I configured property search with IDX, set up smart lead routing, and built automated email and SMS drip campaigns to nurture new leads instantly. I also customized the CRM dashboard, tags, and workflows to align with the brokerage’s sales process. As a result, Filiston Realty achieved a more professional online presence, improved lead response time, and a fully automated marketing system that consistently nurtures prospects. The new setup enhanced user experience, increased lead engagement, and positioned the brand for scalable growth in a competitive real estate market.
