I study graphic design in the Carpathian National University and have a deep understanding of English and work related to translation and writing. I have a C2 Pearson certificate and can translate from text files, audio and subtitles. As I often volonteer in a hospital often have to translate both creative writing and more technical text with professional terms. For over a year now I have been volonteering for a few hours every week in the Regional Hospital in my city where I help wounded veterans and do all sorts of art therapy with them. However, my work often exceeds that and I often have to make posters and art for the volonteer space. We often have english-speaking volonteers, correspondents, doctors, priests and pastors come to speak to the staff and the veterans directly so I have quite a bit of experience of live translation between both parties. When I am not around I often have to translate audios or videos of meetings and interviews and also prepare texts for the english speaking partners.

Since 2024 I have taken up a few students to teach them english. This experience helped me greatly to have a new look at the language as when youre teaching, something that is common sense to you, you realize that you now need to have an actual explenation why everything works that way. Having worked with both older teens and elemetary school students made me much better at not unly understanding but also translating into and from English.
