I worked in the telecommunications sector for a Portuguese company, where I handled phone calls from French-speaking patients, including people with diabetes who needed new monitoring sensors. I was also responsible for processing and managing orders for medical devices. Although the company was based in Portugal, I worked in French at a native level. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail.
