I am an experienced System Design Analyst. I have worked on a lot of coding projects where the clients have made too many assumptions and not looked into the real costs and requirements of their project.
By consulting with me, I can find all the possible issues in your project, propose solutions, define business requirements you might not know, as well as define a good set of technical requirements.
With this, you can really start looking at your project and seeing how much its really going to cost and what sort of people you will need to make it happen.
This does NOT include researching the best technical stack for your business. This is a much longer process and thus comes under a different job type.

What are Business Requirements
These are the Actual Requirements of your business, including any legal requirements, content gathering and regulations you have to meet
What are technical Requirements?
These are a set of requirements that a technical stack must meet in order to meet your business requirements. Examples would be Data security, accuracy rates, Server locations etc
What do I get in the Initial assessment
This goes over the basics of your plan and highlights points of note. It especially notes where your current project will have issues or be unworkable due to budget, technical, or business issues
