I build automations and integrations that give small teams their time back. At an accounting firm in Brazil, where I am the only IT person, I built the WhatsApp customer service platform the whole team uses (Meta Cloud API, React, TypeScript, Supabase) and an automation system that handles their daily requests. Work that took weeks now takes hours. I also provide IT support and translate texts from English into Brazilian Portuguese.
