As a Research Analyst at Market Intelligentsia, I contribute to delivering high quality insights and research to support clients’ strategic decisions across various industries. My role involves end-to-end management of research projects, including expert identification, recruitment, data collection, and reporting. I identify and recruit subject-matter experts using LinkedIn, Apollo, and email extraction tools, maintaining professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle—from initial outreach to post-project follow-up and payment processing. I conduct Zoom interviews and surveys with experts, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection. I organize and maintain detailed project and expert data in Google Sheets, prepare comprehensive reports, and summarize findings into actionable insights for clients. I collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and experts to ensure smooth project execution, managing timelines, and proactively addressing challenges. My work has helped streamline expert engagement, survey management, and project reporting, while improving client satisfaction and project outcomes. Through this role, I have gained expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, expert recruitment, stakeholder management, survey design, and client communication. I have also developed strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills, making me adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results. This experience has strengthened my ability to combine analytical thinking, technical skills, and interpersonal expertise to drive research projects successfully from inception to completion.
