Do I need to have a brand name already?
No. I can create brand name ideas based on your business, audience, personality and long-term direction. I can also improve or refine an existing name.
What happens during the brand discovery discussion?
We discuss your idea, target audience, competitors, values, personality, visual preferences and what you want people to feel when they see your brand.
Can you redesign an existing brand?
Yes. I can improve an existing name, logo or visual identity instead of creating everything from the beginning. Please share your current files before ordering.
Do you check domain and social media availability?
Where included, I perform a preliminary online check for domain names and social media handles. Availability can change, so it is not guaranteed until you register them.
Are the Instagram posts editable?
Yes. Where included, the Instagram templates will be delivered through Canva so you can edit the wording and reuse the design later.
What counts as a revision?
A revision means changes to the selected direction, such as colours, fonts, layout or logo details. A completely different concept or new brand direction may require an additional order.
Will I receive source files?
Source or vector files are included only where stated in the package. Editable Canva templates are provided for social media designs where included.
Can you create only a logo?
Yes, but this gig is designed for people who need a broader brand direction. Message me first and I can prepare a custom offer for a logo-only project.
