🌍 Profile I am mARUTA mANABU, a Japanese composer, arranger, DJ, and music production instructor specializing in jazz-influenced genres such as Electro Swing, ska, and waltz. I organize the Osaka-based Electro Swing event series “Osaka Electro Swing.” My work spans VTubers, artists, visual media, commercials, and game soundtracks. 🎼 Selected Achievements & Awards • I composed, arranged, and performed chorus for the hometown commercial “Yamanobe Knit – A Step Toward Peace” (Yamagata Prefecture), which won the 22nd Yamagata Furusato CM Awards – Music Prize. • I created background music for the Nintendo Switch title “Rosetta: A Future Told by the Stars and the Maiden.” • I composed soundtrack music for the drama CD “How to End Endless Misfortune” (Marine Entertainment). • I participated in the compilation album “Tokyo Neo Club Jazz Connection,” which ranked #3 Jazz (Japan), #1 Jazz (Taiwan), and #20 Overall on iTunes. 🎶 Production & Artist Work • I produced the EP “Showa Kayō × Electro Swing” by MU THE MOON, reaching #4 Jazz (Japan) and #21 Jazz (Germany) on iTunes. • I composed and arranged “No Escape” for Aria Harune, which reached #1 on the iTunes Jazz chart. • I handled all composition and arrangement for Lily Mizusaki’s EP “Step wa Oshizukani.” • The collaborative track “Oshare ga Shitai wa” with Anshelly and zensen has surpassed 200,000 views as of February 2026. • Renowned choreographer avecoo (known for work with Namie Amuro and Momoiro Clover Z) created choreography for one of my arranged tracks and performed it on Instagram. • My background music created for TikTok has been used in over 1,000 videos as of December 2025. 🌎 International Credits • I provided background music for a promotional video for Which Wich?, a U.S.-based commercial establishment.
