Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage the preparation of comprehensive interim and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards. Revenue & Receivables Management: Oversee the accounts receivable lifecycle, including the systematic recording, reporting, and collection of core business revenue. Investment Accounting: Monitor and record investment portfolio activity, including profit accruals and the execution of purchase/sale transactions. Complex Reconciliations & Adjustments: Handle high-level accounting adjustments—such as deferrals, accruals, and technical reserves—to ensure matching principles are met. Inter-company & Tax Oversight: Execute periodic reconciliations of internal balances and verify statutory tax filings and withholdings to ensure fiscal accuracy. Audit & Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies, coordinating the submission of required data, disclosures, and compliance documentation. Strategic Support: Assist senior finance leadership (CFO/Senior Manager) with ad-hoc reporting, financial modeling, and departmental projects as required. Systems & Process Improvement: Collaborate with the IT department to enhance ERP functionality, designing customized reports to improve data visibility and operational efficiency.
