1. What formats do you deliver?
I deliver EPUB 2/3 and FB2 files. If you need MOBI or PDF, just ask — I can add them at no extra cost.
2. My manuscript is in Word (DOCX). Can you work with it?
Absolutely. Most of my clients send Word documents. I handle the conversion and structuring completely.
3. What if my book doesn't pass moderation on LitRes or Ridero?
For Basic and Standard packages: I prepare the file to meet platform requirements, but final moderation depends on the platform. For Premium (Ready-to-Publish), I guarantee first-time moderation pass — if it fails, I fix it for free.
