Served as a sanctioning architect in the Planning and Building Control Branch of DHAM, where I was responsible for reviewing and approving residential and commercial building applications in accordance with DHA bylaws. I evaluated architectural drawings submitted by applicants for regulatory compliance, identified non-conformities, and coordinated with applicants to ensure rectifications prior to approval. Additionally, I maintained and organized sanctioning records, application files, and approval documentation for the Building Control & Planning Branch. I also liaised with allied departments and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate the smooth processing of building control cases.
