I am very disappointed. Even after four revisions, many original brief requirements were still ignored. The project was straightforward: replicate the formatting of the first edition. The delays forced me to postpone my book launch by two weeks, and I ultimately had to cancel the order.

I needed a last minute book cover, binding and back cover. His responses were timed reasonably and any challenges fixed quickly. I was able to publish as per schedule and he did a fine job. Now, how do I tip this fella? He deserves a little extra... cw
