En mis 12 años de experiencia como gerente senior de reclutamiento, he realizado más de 5000 entrevistas para diversos roles y he entrenado a gerentes de contratación sobre las mejores prácticas para las entrevistas. Aprovechando esta experiencia, mi objetivo es ayudarle a sentirse seguro y preparado para que pueda dar una primera impresión excepcional.
Cada sesión de entrevista simulada de 45 minutos incluirá:
- Entrevista simulada de 20 a 25 minutos con preguntas adaptadas a su industria y función específica.
- 20 a 25 minutos de comentarios en tiempo real centrados en la calidad de sus respuestas y habilidades de comunicación.
- Resumen escrito de 1 página de sus fortalezas, debilidades y recursos recomendados.
Durante tu sesión, evaluaré lo siguiente:
- Relevancia de las respuestas
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Presencia general en línea
- Competencias para el rol
Las especialidades incluyen:

Proporciono un informe resumido escrito de 1 página que incluirá 3 fortalezas, 3 áreas de mejora y recursos y herramientas adicionales para ayudarlo a prepararse.
¿En qué horarios y días estás disponible?

I was struggling with the interview, and thanks to Katherine, the STARL method has finally clicked for me. Also, her feedback and suggestions have been very helpful and have aided me in my interview rehearsals. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with the interviewing processed.
