Designed and built BoatEvents.mx from concept to functional digital product. I led the product strategy, UX/UI design and customer journey, then developed the platform using Lovable and Supabase. Beyond the customer-facing experience, I created the internal CRM and lead management system, connecting inquiries, customer data and marketing workflows through APIs and automation. My role covered the full product lifecycle: concept, user flows, UX/UI, responsive design, MVP development, database structure, CRM, lead generation workflows, automation and launch.
