Need Hermes Agent, OpenClaw or Claude Code set up properly? A lot of AI agent setups end up one bad setting away from trouble: a gateway open to the internet, an Ollama port anyone can reach, an agent that can read your whole home folder.
I'm a developer with 3 years of experience, mostly building AI apps and systems around llms.
What I set up
- Hermes Agent or OpenClaw on your VPS, Mac or PC, connected to Telegram,
Slack, WhatsApp or Discord
- NemoClaw, NVIDIA's sandboxed way to run OpenClaw, if you want tighter
controls
- Moving an existing OpenClaw setup over to Hermes Agent
- Coding agents: Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI or Cursor, with rules and
permissions that fit your repo
- A private local LLM with Ollama, vLLM or LM Studio, plus Open WebUI if you
want a chat screen
- MCP servers, so the agent can use your database, docs or internal tools
Hosted models work too: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or OpenRouter. You get the config files, proper documentation, and a screen recording of everything working.

FAQ
Which tools can you set up?
Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent, plus local models through Ollama, vLLM or LM Studio. If yours isn't listed, send me the name and I'll check.
Can I run a model on my own computer?
Often, yes. It depends on your RAM and GPU. Send me your specs and I'll tell you which model sizes will run well and which won't.
Do I need paid plans or API keys?
Hosted models need your own account or API key, and Claude Code needs a paid Claude plan or a Console account. Local models are free to run on your own hardware. Everything stays in your name.
Will my data stay private?
With a local model, nothing leaves your machine. For everything else I use your accounts, test data where I can, and remove my access when we're done.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Anything I set up gets 14 days of free fixes. After that I'm happy to help through a custom offer.
Is OpenClaw safe to use?
It can be, if it's set up carefully. It has had serious security bugs and malicious skills on its hub, so I keep the gateway private, turn on sandboxing and only install skills I've read.
