Key Responsibilities:  Look after development of new golf holes as per drawing.  Supervision of installation of Irrigation System, Drainage System and Fountains.  Managing and operating the irrigation system of Golf with the help of trained staff.  Checking the moisture of Each Green, Tees and fairway.  Calculate the irrigation requirement on daily basis and implement the plan  Checking of irrigation sprinklers and automatic valves in filed during operation.  Maintenance of irrigation system, drainage system, fountains and lakes of golf course.  Designing, preparing as built drawings and BoQs of the assigned projects  Also Coordinate with Golf teams regarding surveying and electrical of Golf Course.  Deals with sub-contractors especially relevant to irrigation engineering and Parks construction works.  Oversee and monitoring Parks Development works of the Company and responsible to complete the given tasks as per Master Plan approved.  Prepare the monthly and annual budget for the Parks Development department and make the monthly comparison to see either we are under or over budget.
