Key Responsibilities: 1. Design mechanical components, assemblies, and consumer products using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, and Siemens NX. 2. Create accurate 3D CAD models, technical drawings, assembly drawings, exploded views, and manufacturing documentation. 3. Develop products for injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, casting, and 3D printing. 4. Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) to improve manufacturability and reduce production costs. 5. Design prototypes for consumer products, medical devices, industrial equipment, electronics enclosures, and mechanical systems. 6. Prepare STL, STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF files for manufacturing and prototyping. 7. Produce realistic product renderings and animations for marketing, presentations, crowdfunding campaigns, and patent applications. 8. Reverse engineer existing products and redesign components for improved functionality and performance. 9. Collaborate with clients to refine concepts, optimize designs, and solve engineering challenges. 10. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, dimensional tolerances, and GD&T requirements. 11. Support product development from concept design through prototype validation and final production.
