Acerca de este Servicio
I will copyedit your book manuscript for clarity, consistency, and readability. I pride myself on being an expert in both the Chicago Manual of Style and English-language standards.
I'll edit for proper sentence structure, and I'll also look for spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
I'll use track changes in Microsoft Word or suggesting mode in Google Docs (depending on your MS format) to track every edit and comment I make. I'll leave comments to you when I'm not 100 percent confident that my edits convey your intentions. Additionally, I'll leave an overall comment to you regarding the main changes I made to your MS.
I can't wait to polish each sentence in your book and get you one step closer to publishing.

FAQ
How do your rates work?
My rates depend entirely on word count. I charge $0.03/word for copyediting. To get the correct pricing, choose whichever gig your word count falls over—for example, if you have a 30k-word manuscript, choose the basic gig starting at $450, and I will charge you a total of $900. ($0.03 x 30,000)
What are the differences between your copyediting gigs?
There are no differences in how I copyedit or what you receive between the gigs. The only difference is the word count and the pricing. Whether your MS is 20k words or 80k words, I will complete a full copyedit just the same.
What does "revisions" in the gig mean?
Included in each copyedit is one revision. This means you'll be able to review my work and comments and ask me one round of questions if you would like. That can be a list of questions from you that I send the answers to, or it can be my responding to your comments within the doc myself.
