FAQ
What do I need to provide to start?
Once the order is placed, just share your design requirements, color preferences, any examples you like, and specific content (e.g., logos or text) to be included.
How many names and info variations I can ask for the business cards?
Up to 5 in the basic one, for the others up to 10 variations.
What if I'm not happy with the initial designs?
We'll work with more iterations and or adjust the designs based on your feedback. Your complete satisfaction is our goal no matter the number of revisions are needed.
Do you provide printing services?
We do not offer printing, focusing solely on design. However, we're happy to assist with any queries your printer may have regarding the designs.
What file formats are included?
Every package includes all formats needed for digital use and printing, including instructions, and the source files and print files.
Are you including colors and typography?
Certainly, we work under your brand guidelines in case you have it, otherwise you create ours to make powerful and aesthetic your stationery assets.
Do you also design logotypes and or full branding ?
That's exactly what we love to do the most!, please ask us, we also have gigs for that :)
