Gave me pretty solid prusa slicer settings for $30. Low rating because of vague answers, slow response time and likes to give the obvious answer.

didn't finish the job w the the firmware part which was required by the manufacturer and he complained about "doing extra work and too low pay". He wanted to rush and be done with the job and never got my printer working right after new extruder install.

he gave pretty good advice on the bed leveling and tape issue despite my first doubts, but wound up working out. helped me w scaling issue too.
