To get started all you need to do is send me:
- An audio or video copy of the meeting. This can be done through Fiverr or another file-sharing system.
- An agenda.
- If possible - copies of previous meetings so I can understand the format you work in.
If this is the first time your organisation is taking minutes and you do not have a standard minute template I can create one for you for an extra $10.
Please get in touch for a bespoke offer if the duration of your meeting does not fall into my bands.

What is your experience in minute taking?
I have a certificate in minute taking from Janets in which I achieved a Distinction (the highest grade). I have been minute taking for several years in a wide variety of industries; such as non-profit, retail, health institutions, government bodies, the military, education and more.
Are the minutes summarised, or are they verbatim?
I will provide a summary of the discussion, action items, and motions that were agreed upon. I do not do a verbatim transcription. If you are looking for something verbatim, I recommend using one of the many transcription services Fiverr offers.
Is my data secure?
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) and maintain full GDPR compliance in all that I do. Upon accepting the minutes, all documents and files will be wiped from the hard drives.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We endeavour to provide 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy, we offer up to four amendments free of charge!
Can the minutes be written in American-English/Australian-English/Canadian-English etc?
I am well versed in the different styles of English. Depending on where you are from, I will tailor the style to you.
Do you have any samples of minutes?
A sample can be provided upon request.
Do you offer discounts to non-profits & charities?
