I build automation that runs in production, not prototypes: WhatsApp bots that answer and qualify leads, dashboards that turn your spreadsheet into a control panel on your phone, reports that arrive by themselves every day, and SMS/CRM flows measured by click. I ran operations at one of Brazil's largest licensed betting companies (45 people, 18k support tickets a month) and today I build the systems an operation needs using AI agents.
