Donna was great to work with. She helped optimise and improve my Google Business Profile and really took the time to understand what needed fixing. Most importantly, she successfully appealed a suspension decision on my account.

The experience was excellent, despite facing a lot challenges that wasn't caused by her but caused by Google itself and even after the delivery she kept the support to ensure that we overcome all the challenges faces. I would highly recommend her because she genuinely cared for us to achieve the results we were looking for and better
