FAQ
Can I order this service if I already have a supplier?
Yes. You can hire me to receive, inspect, and document samples from your existing supplier. You do not need to purchase a separate sourcing service.
Are sample and shipping costs included?
No. Sample purchases, domestic shipping, international forwarding, and other external costs are paid separately by the buyer.
Can you test product functions and performance?
Basic function checks are available in eligible packages when safe and practical. I do not provide laboratory testing, certification, or professional AQL inspections.
Can you compare samples from two suppliers?
Yes. The Advanced package covers two comparable samples, with agreed checks, photos, videos, and an English comparison report highlighting observable differences.
When will my sample inspection be completed?
Delivery follows the selected package timeline. Please confirm sample shipping and expected arrival before ordering, as Upwork's delivery countdown does not automatically wait for sample arrival.
