What is copyright document?
Copyright Document: Transfers full ownership to you, granting exclusive rights and preventing the designer from reselling the design. Commercial Usage Rights: Allows you to use the design commercially, but the designer retains ownership and can resell the design.
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes a limited number of free revisions. If you need additional revisions beyond the included ones, they can be requested for an additional fee. Please refer to the package details for specific information on the number of revisions included.
How do revisions work?
Once you receive your delivery package, you have the option to request the free revisions included with your purchase. If you need additional rounds of revisions beyond the free ones, you can request them for an additional fee.
What if I am not completely satisfied?
No worries, we are with you. Just provide clear and constructive feedback, and we will work to ensure it meets your expectations.
What is one month free support and how does it work?
If you feel like the colors need to change and/or some minor tweaks are required within 30 days after the delivery you contact us through your account here. We will take care of the issue and redeliver your file(s) here.
Can we have a video meeting before or during the project timeframe?
Yes, Zoom meetings are available with all packages upon request.
What is vector format?
It is a sector standard in designing logos. It provides flexibility and quality advantage in resizing the logo image without any quality loss. You can change the size of your logo into any dimension and it still will look nice and crisp. Designing logos in Photoshop is not the sector standard.
What is included in Social Media Kit?
Cover photos and thumbnails for three social media accounts of your choice e.g Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.
What is included in Stationery Design?
Double or one-sided business card design for one person only.

I really loved working with him. He responded quickly whenever I wrote. He listened and if I wanted to make changes he made the exact changes I requested. No matter how often I requested changes he was very patient. Even after the delivery I’m still able to reach him and talk to him if I have an issue....
