After reviewing the booking process, I built a complete HoneyBook CRM that organized every step of the client journey. Contact forms were connected to automated responses, proposals and contracts were prepared for faster delivery, invoices and paeyment schedules were added, questionnaires were organized, and appointments could be booked without endless back-and-forth e-mails. I also structured the pipeline so every lead could be tracked from the first inquiry to project completion. The business gained a reliable client management system that reduced manual work, kept every project organized, and delivered a more professional experience for new and returning clients.
