Which direction do you translate?
Both. English → Chinese and Chinese → English are equally native-level for me, including Simplified Chinese (简体） and, on request, Traditional Chinese （繁體）. Tell me your target audience's region (Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, overseas) and I'll match the vocabulary and conventions.
What formats can you work with?
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF (text-based), plain text, SRT/VTT subtitle files, and website/app string files (JSON, CSV, PO). You'll get your file back in the same format, formatting preserved wherever the format allows.
