Serving as Corporate Legal Advisor to NoBanStream, I focused on establishing the legal boundaries within which the platform could host, distribute, and monetize digital media. The position demanded continuous attention to the competing rights of creators, viewers, advertisers, rights holders, and the platform itself. I assessed proposed streaming features and commercial initiatives for potential copyright, licensing, privacy, and contractual implications. Before new content programs or creator arrangements were introduced, I determined what permissions were required, who controlled the underlying material, and whether contemplated uses exceeded existing rights. A distinct part of my practice concerned platform enforcement. I advised on content moderation decisions, infringement allegations, account suspensions, repeat violations, appeals, unauthorized rebroadcasting, and removal demands. My legal analysis helped distinguish legitimate rights complaints from unsupported claims while promoting consistent treatment of platform participants. I also shaped the rules governing participation in the service. This included establishing standards for creator conduct, intellectual property representations, subscription obligations, revenue sharing, advertising relationships, user generated material, prohibited activity, and consequences for contractual violations. When conflicts developed between creators, rights holders, users, or commercial partners, I examined ownership evidence, communications, licensing history, and contractual authority before determining the appropriate legal position. My involvement improved rights clearance practices, strengthened enforcement procedures, clarified creator responsibilities, and provided NoBanStream with a stronger legal foundation for operating and expanding its digital streaming ecosystem.
