I recently completed a full GoHighLevel project for my client Branscomb White, where I was responsible for building and managing his entire CRM and marketing automation system from scratch. The project involved setting up custom lead capture forms designed to collect the right information from potential clients and feed them directly into a well-structured CRM pipeline. I connected and configured his appointment calendars so leads could easily book calls without any back-and-forth, making the whole process smooth and professional. Beyond the technical setup, I designed and launched a clean, high-converting opt-in landing page built to turn visitors into leads. I also created and integrated a downloadable eBook as a lead magnet, giving his audience real value while growing his contact list automatically. To make sure no lead was left behind, I built a series of powerful GoHighLevel automations that trigger at every stage of the funnel from the moment someone opts in, all the way through to conversion. One of the biggest wins on this project was the email marketing automation I set up. I crafted and connected full nurture sequences that send the right message at the right time, keeping leads warm and moving them closer to becoming paying clients. Everything — the forms, the calendar, the landing page, the eBook delivery, the automations, and the email sequences — was tied together into one seamless GoHighLevel system built to capture, nurture, and convert leads on autopilot. Working with Branscomb White was a great experience, and delivering a fully functional, automated marketing system that saves him time and drives real results made it even more rewarding.
