I usually use Complianz or CookieYes. If you already have a plugin or license, I can configure that one instead.
Do I need to buy a premium plugin?
No. The free versions cover most small websites. I will tell you if your site needs a paid feature.
Will this work with Google Analytics and Google Ads?
Yes. I set up Google Consent Mode v2, so tracking respects visitor consent and meets Google's requirements.
What access do you need?
A temporary WordPress admin account. Please change the password after delivery.

I would literally never hire him again, and would advise you on the same. The gig was insanely overpriced for the work that was delivered, the freelancer was hard to work with, and the delivery was delayed with no remorse. Please do not make the same mistake as I did hiring this freelancer. I wasted my money so hopefully you don't have to.
