Please provide clear reference images, dimensions, label artwork, logo, product features or text, brand guidelines, and example listings when available.

Do I need to provide a 3D model?
The Basic package requires a usable 3D model. Simple product modeling is included in Standard and Premium. Complex models require a custom quote.
What do you need to get started?
Please provide clear images from multiple angles, dimensions, label or packaging artwork, logo files, product features or text, brand guidelines, and example listings when available.
What is considered a simple product model?
A simple model is one product with clear geometry, complete references, and no complex internal mechanisms, sculpted surfaces, detailed fabric, liquid simulation, or a large number of separate parts. Please contact me first for confirmation.
Which 3D file formats do you accept?
I can work with common formats including STEP, STP, OBJ, FBX, STL, 3DS, and C4D. Please message me if your file uses another format.
What is included in the Premium package?
Premium includes one simple product model and 7 listing images: 1 white-background main image, 2 feature images, 1 infographic, 2 lifestyle images, and 1 brand visual.
What does an additional rendering image include?
It includes one additional white-background studio render from a new angle using the same approved product model and materials. A new model, lifestyle scene, infographic, or custom environment is not included.
What counts as one revision?
One revision means one consolidated feedback list and one updated delivery. It covers reasonable changes to camera angle, lighting, materials, text, or small corrections. A new concept, product, model, or scene requires a custom offer.
What source files are included?
Standard and Premium include the clean product model and editable files created specifically for your order. Third-party assets, licensed materials, fonts, and stock resources are not included.
