Every week I master voice overs for my own video content, and I got tired of narration that sounds thin next to everything else in the feed. Same problem I fix for you.
What I do: loudness to spec (-14 LUFS for YouTube, -16 for podcast, ACX for audiobooks), even levels across the whole file, room noise and reverb reduced, sibilance under control.
What I don't do: decide what your voice over says. Send a finished cut, I make it sound finished.
Germany-based, precise about specs, honest when a recording can't be saved. Send 30 seconds first.
