A Digital Cinema Package (DCP) is the industry-standard format for delivering content to cinema screens. It includes encrypted JPEG2000 video files and audio in specific formats that comply with DCI cinema server requirements. A lot of film festivals and private screenings require DCPs.

Standard delivery is 3 days. 1-day rush is available as an add-on. Rush orders for files received before 12:00 UTC begin processing same day.

A: ProRes and DNxHR are preferred. MOV and MP4 are also accepted. Audio can be embedded or supplied as separate 24-bit/48kHz WAV stems. If you're unsure about your file, send me a message before ordering!

Yes! Stereo 2.0 is fully supported and commonly used for short films, documentaries, and many indie productions. While 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound are available, there's no requirement for surround mixing.

If the issue was introduced during conversion (wrong aspect ratio, audio sync, format error), I'll fix it free of charge. If the issue exists in your source file (flash frames, editing errors, audio glitches), you'll need to supply a corrected master file.

Yes — every DCP undergoes a full quality check with personal watchback. If I spot any issues during QC, whether from the conversion or your source file, I'll flag them before delivery.

Yes — ext2-formatted USB delivery is available as an extra. Ideal for cinemas that require physical media rather than a download link.
