My work experience includes working as a registered dietitian in hospitals, including the ICU, long-term care, research studies, and as a provider for private insurance.
For the past 20 years, with my cooking background and nutrition expertise, I have been educating and helping people to seek their creative path to fit their needs via one-on-one and group learning in person and virtually. Hands-on learning during dining-out menu analysis and grocery store outings have been ways to help explain how to choose and cook wholesome fresh foods and turn them into delicious and healthy dishes....
