I've worked with over 20 authors to beta read fiction manuscripts, primarily in fantasy, literary fiction, science fiction, and romance. I provided detailed feedback on plot, pacing, character development, world building, and overall reader experience through inline comments and structured feedback reports. I worked directly with authors throughout the beta reading process, from discussing their goals and expectations for the manuscript to delivering detailed feedback and answering follow-up questions. I approach every manuscript the same way: with close attention, genuine investment in the story, and honesty. My goal is to give authors an honest reader's perspective while also pointing out areas that may need more attention. I have independently found and worked with clients through platforms such as Goodreads, and several authors have returned to me for second projects.
