Kyomi was pretty nice when dealing with my order, she asked a lot of questions and DEFINITELY made sure they got everything right! Although Kyomi asked if there were any changes to be made, I believe I can tweak it with some velocity curves and editing so it is good enough! Would absolutely recommend Kyomi though!
