What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your architectural plans (PDF, DWG, JPG, or sketches) and any reference images, materials, or design preferences you would like incorporated into the project.
Do the Basic and Standard packages include 3D modeling?
No. The Basic and Standard packages are for rendering services only and require an existing 3D model. If you need a 3D model created from plans, please select the Premium package.
What file formats can you work with?
For 3D modeling, I prefer to work with BIM files like Revit or ArchiCAD but I can also work with DWG or SketchUp. Feel free to contact me before ordering if you're unsure.
Can you create a 3D model from hand sketches?
Yes. As long as the sketches contain sufficient dimensions and details, I can create a 3D model through the Premium package.
Do you provide architectural design services?
No. This gig focuses on architectural visualization and 3D modeling based on existing designs and plans. Design development and architectural consultancy are not included.
What types of projects do you accept?
I work on residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, office, and mixed-use projects of various scales.
Will furniture, landscaping, and people be included in the renders?
Yes. Unless otherwise specified, renders may include furniture, vegetation, and entourage elements to enhance the final visualization.
Can I request additional render views?
Absolutely. Additional render images can be ordered through Gig Extras or discussed before placing an order.
Can you match a specific rendering style?
Yes. While my default workflow focuses on photorealistic architectural visualization, I can adapt the renderings to match your preferred style. Whether you need realistic, conceptual, sketch-style, mood-focused, cinematic, minimalist, or presentation-style visuals. Do provide reference images.
