LegalTech company is receiving large volumes of WhatsApp inquiries struggle to respond quickly while maintaining accurate answers for complex legal questions. Human teams become overwhelmed, and response delays reduce conversion. I developed an AI-assisted chatbot using n8n integrated with Kommo CRM that processed incoming messages, retrieved relevant context from previous conversations, and generated responses for review before sending. The workflow stored chat history, updated CRM records automatically, and allowed supervisors to approve or edit responses before delivery. This created a scalable system capable of handling high conversation volumes without sacrificing response quality.
