I currently work with Autodesk Fusion 360 which gives me the option to save files compatibles for any platform. I try as much as possible to be realistic and bring your idea to designs which can be implemented. I do 3D modeling, assemblies and realistic rendering as well.

How long will my project take to complete?
Every project is unique and timeline can be effected by many factors,including how much time you'll need to review design files that i deliver to you.Most projects complete within 48 hrs to 72 hrs.Also I'm capable to deliver in 24 hours or less depending upon what's required.
What do you need to get started,I've only one sketch but don't have dimensions?
If you don't have dimensions,it's not an issue.You just have to provide me a sketch or a reference image or a 2d drawing or exact name of product if its available on internet or a video clip.One thing,Please make sure that you're crystal clear in your goal then designing will be my headache.
