Sole engineer on PesaFii, a live multi-tenant WiFi hotspot billing platform: React dashboard, React Native operator app, Node and PostgreSQL API, mobile-money payments, FreeRADIUS and MikroTik RouterOS. 1,807 commits and 83 schema migrations to date. I also build client web and mobile products end to end across Uganda and East Africa: Next.js business sites, booking platforms, AI features and payment integrations, including the free website checker at sitechecker.agrinalenterprises.com. Work I can point at: a 97 percent cut in the captive portal critical path, a duplicate-charging payment defect closed by making payment initiation idempotent, and cross-site RADIUS failover proved in production by taking the primary offline rather than by reading the config.
